The Role
As part of our international expansion, we are seeking senior independent advisors / partners who can represent Hetmos Group within their own networks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Hetmos Group and its three verticals to:
- Entrepreneurs and business owners
- Investors and family offices
- Executives and strategic partners
- Identify and initiate business opportunities in:
- M&A (buying/selling companies)
- Real estate & real assets
- Wealth & asset structuring
- Qualify opportunities and collaborate with internal expert teams
- Act as a trusted advisor, not a traditional salesperson
- Build long-term relationships based on trust and discretion
- Contribute to the Group’s strategic growth in the local market
Profile:
- Senior-level experience in business, investments, real estate, wealth management, or corporate finance
- Well-established network of decision-makers, entrepreneurs, or investors
- High credibility and ability to operate in confidential environments
- Entrepreneurial and independent mindset
- Interest in multi-asset advisory and cross-selling between verticals
