In order to scale the company we are looking for a client facing Youtube manager that has experience scaling Youtube channels.
You will be the pod leader for your client channels.
You will work alongside a senior strategist to define the client's Youtube strategy. Your job is to make sure that strategy is implemented as well as possible.
You will work alongside a senior strategist, thumbnail designer, script team and video editors.
Basically if the clients feel taken care of and they are getting good results, you have done your job...
✅ Responsibilities
Implementing video ideas, titles, thumbnails and formats
Managing client communications
Running client meetings
Analysing client channels
Giving feedback on ways for them to improve
🧠 You’re a Great Fit If You Have...
Demonstrable experience of good client results on Youtube
Experience managing client relationships
A good understanding of technical aspects of filming (cameras, mics etc.)
