Areti Group is exclusively partnered with a rapidly scaling FinTech start-up based in London that's expanding its Business Analysis function. As they continue to disrupt the financial services space, they’re looking for 8 experienced Business Analysts to join their mission-driven, remote-first team.
✅ Ideal Skillset & Experience:
🌳 FinTech or Financial Services background (preferred)
🌳 Experience in Pensions, ISAs, and Investments (highly desirable)
🌳 Strong stakeholder management and ability to build sustainable business relationships
🌳 Experience with process reengineering, data modelling, and logical modelling
🌳 Proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks
🌳 Ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
🌳 Solid grasp of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
🌳 Hands-on with API integrations and data migrations
🌳 Strong facilitation of workshops, sprints, and team ceremonies
🌳 Effective risk and dependency assessment within projects
🌳 Technical skills in SQL and/or Python (nice to have)
