Role Snapshot
Support the development of advanced legal reasoning models by contributing employment and labor law expertise across workplace investigations, disputes, and compliance matters.
Core Responsibilities
- Design realistic workplace scenarios (e.g., EEOC responses, wage and hour analysis, harassment investigations, employment policy drafting)
- Produce high-quality reference responses at attorney-level standard
- Evaluate model-generated outputs using structured rubrics
- Deliver detailed written feedback to improve model performance
- Participate in onboarding sessions and calibration exercises
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience in employment and labor law within a law firm, in-house legal team, government agency, or labor organization
- Licensed legal practitioner with a J.D., LL.B., or LL.M. from an accredited institution
- Expertise in areas such as wage and hour analysis, workplace investigations, employee handbook drafting, NLRB matters, or collective bargaining
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
