At Tomorrow University, you'll be hands-on managing real channels, building real influence, and helping our community show up online in ways that actually matter. If you live on LinkedIn or Instagram and you're always the first to spot a trend, keep reading.
What You'll Do ✅
→ Create Engagement Strategies. 💬 Show up in the right conversations, at the right time, with the right words.
→ Create Educational Content. 🎨 Carousels, infographics, posts that teach and hit
→ Video Production & Editing. 📹 Short-form, talking heads, whatever the moment calls for
→ Build Personal Branding Programs. 🧚♀️ Help our community find their voice and own it
→ Innovate. 🆕 Bring the ideas no one asked for but everyone needed.
What We're Looking For 👀
→ Experience in content creation, ideally in an educational or startup context.
→ A presence on Instagram or LinkedIn, consistently active over the last 12+ months.
→ Fluency in English (spoken and written).
→ Comfortable with design and video editing tools
→ Adaptable and energized by fast-moving environments.
→ Based in Berlin. Remote is the default, but IRL moments happen, and we want you there. If not in Berlin, but everything else sounds like you, please apply!
