Role Description

We are looking for a Working Student or Intern – Social Media Manager to support our social media presence and growth.

This role focuses on managing and growing our social media channels, creating engaging content, and building an active online community around GamingCenter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok)
  • Plan and execute content strategies aligned with company goals
  • Create engaging posts, captions, and short-form content
  • Monitor trends and adapt content to current social media dynamics
  • Interact with the community and respond to messages and comments
  • Track performance metrics and optimize content accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns
Qualifications
  • Experience managing social media accounts or creating content
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English
  • Creativity and ability to develop engaging content
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
  • Interest in gaming, esports, or the creator economy
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar
  • Basic video editing or short-form content creation skills
  • Familiarity with platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
  • Knowledge of social media trends and viral content formats
WORKING CONDITIONS
  • Remote position
  • Part-time (approx. 20 hours per week during the semester)
  • Up to 40 hours per week during semester breaks
  • Flexible working hours
  • Contract-based internship or working student position
COMPENSATION
  • Internship Track: 6-month internship (mandatory or voluntary, depending on university requirements)
  • High-performing interns may receive a certificate and be considered for long-term opportunities
  • Working Student Track: up to 13 EUR/hour
  • Maximum 20 hours per week during the semester
  • Final compensation and contract details will be discussed during the application process
