Your role

Excited to be at the center of a fast-moving scale-up? The role of the Working Student Founders' Associate is a pivotal position that allows you to experience up close and shape the growth trajectory of WETHEBRANDS. This position is made for a clever, diligent and detail-oriented individual with a “can-do” attitude and healthy pinch of pragmatism.

What will you do?

• Support the founding team and C-Level executives in strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations


• Prepare executive and investor meetings


• Help to shape the corporate strategy


• Run and support priority projects of the founders - ranging from finance to technology, from daily operations to strategic decisions

Requirements

What do we expect?

• You are self-driven, solution-oriented, highly-organized and ambitious to learn with a hands-on mentality


• You have the ability to master the art of attention to detail, quick problem-solving and extremely fast execution


• You love to handle multiple tasks, always stay positive and meet challenges with a smile


• You are great at building presentations, Excel and Word and you love to make use of tools like Slack and ClickUp to increase efficiency and transparency


• You have excellent communication skills in both, German and English
