Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal principles and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing exceptional support to our attorneys.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
- Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings
- Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
- Review and organize evidence and exhibits for court presentations
- Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution
- Workers' Compensation defense experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with billing for time
