Freelance Workday Time & Absence Consultant (German Speaking)
Location: Germany or Switzerland (Remote/Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Workday Time & Absence Consultant with additional exposure to Attendance to support a complex HR transformation programme. This role will play a key part in optimizing and stabilizing a recent Workday implementation while aligning with broader system and payroll changes.
Project Context
- Recent Workday go-live
- Payroll is being outsourced to external providers
- Parallel initiative to consolidate SAP system types (ECC landscape)
- Ongoing migration/upgrade to S/4HANA, including decommissioning of legacy SAP ECC boxes
- Initial implementation did not fully cover data and process design, requiring further refinement and analysis
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Workday Time & Absence Consultant
- Strong understanding of Attendance solutions within Workday
- Experience with post-go-live optimization and system stabilization
- Familiarity with payroll integrations, ideally involving outsourcing to providers such as ADP or similar
- Knowledge of SAP ECC environments and S/4HANA migration projects
- Experience working in complex, multi-system landscapes

Language Requirements
- Fluent German (mandatory)
- English proficiency required for international collaboration

- Exposure to HR transformation programmes involving multiple parallel initiatives
