Key responsibilities
๐น Support configuration and administration across Workday, particularly HCM, Absence, Recruitment, Talent, and Extend
๐น Investigate and resolve end-user issues across HR and Talent processes
๐น Assist with daily HRIS operations and process support
๐น Help improve efficiency and user adoption through better use of Workday functionality
๐น Support releases, testing, training, and HRIS projects
๐น Provide support for other HR technologies where needed
Requirements
๐ธ 1โ3 years of HRIS or HR technology experience
๐ธ Workday experience strongly preferred
๐ธ Exposure to systems like Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or PeopleSoft is also of interest
๐ธ Strong communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills
๐ธ Ability to handle sensitive HR data with discretion
๐ธ French and English language skills are a plus
