Our Client is seeking an experienced Workday Compensation Core Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Compensation configuration and functionality, ensuring accurate and efficient management of compensation processes within the Workday platform.
Your Role And Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Workday Compensation modules, including plans, grades, and packages.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with compensation policies and organizational standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Compensation functionality.
- Provide guidance and best practices for compensation processes in Workday.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.
- 5+ years of experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in Implementation / Support projects related to Workday Applications
- Proven experience as a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of Workday Compensation configuration and business processes.
- Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree.
- Workday Compensation Certified. Workday HCM Functional Knowledge.
- Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting related to compensation.
- Familiarity with global compensation structures and compliance requirements. Overview
