Keylime Consultants are partnering with a well-established, forward-thinking organisation that is looking to hire a Workday HCM Specialist to join their international HRIS team. You’ll be part of a collaborative and transparent business that places real value on strong partnerships, both internally and externally.
This is a permanent, fully remote role based in Spain, offering long-term stability and clear opportunities for career progression. Annual salary available is likely to be in the region of €50,000 > €60,000 depending on experience.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the ongoing support and enhancement of Workday, while also contributing to new implementations and continuous process improvement initiatives. Your day-to-day will include system configuration, issue resolution, ticket management, release updates and the rollout of new functionality. You’ll also work closely with end users, supporting adoption and helping the business get the most out of Workday.
Workday HCM Specialist – Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar Workday-focused role, ideally within an international environment
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Compensation or Time Tracking is highly desirable
- Broader exposure across HCM, Compensation, Recruiting or Talent & Performance is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A structured, collaborative and service-focused approach
- Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an openness to learning and change
- Eligibility to work in Spain without visa restrictions
