This role offers the opportunity to act as the Workday Learning lead and offers an opportunity for experienced Workday functional analysts to develop a specialism in this area, even without prior Learning module experience, provided they bring transferable Workday configuration skills.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Spain or Portugal, offering the chance to work as part of an international HRIS team while supporting an international user base. The position is offered with a competitive compensation package in the region of €50,000 to €55,000 dependent on experience.
Reporting to the HRIS Manager, you will play a key role in the ongoing development and optimisation of the Workday Learning module. The position focuses on enhancing the digital learning experience through a mix of system improvements, configuration and support across both global and regional initiatives.
Once established in the role, you will take ownership of Workday Learning as the functional lead, contributing to new functionality, system enhancements and day-to-day support. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across HR and the wider business to ensure the platform continues to meet evolving learning and development needs.
Workday Learning Specialist – Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Workday with exposure to configuration and support activities
- Experience within Workday Learning is advantageous but not essential. Candidates with experience across other Workday modules who are keen to specialise in Learning are encouraged to apply
- Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders across different regions
- Experience with tools such as Udemy for Business would be beneficial
- Broader knowledge of Workday modules such as Core HCM, Security or Reporting is advantageous
- A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English
