What Youll Do
- Provide empathetic and timely support to users across the Facebook platform.
- Handle account-related inquiries and investigate content moderation issues.
- Apply community standards and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Use your Dutch language expertise to identify trends and suggest improvements.
- Ensure a safe and positive online experience for users.
- Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Based in Greece and authorized to work remotely within the country.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a community-first mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (training provided).
- Gross Salary: 1380/month
- Monthly Bonus: Up to 8%
