This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a WFH Customer Support Representative based in Canada.

This role is centered on building meaningful, long-term relationships with clients while providing support for life, accident, and supplemental health products. You will engage with customers remotely via virtual calls, helping them understand their coverage options and guiding them toward solutions that meet their needs. The position offers a relationship-driven environment where trust, communication, and consistency are key to success. You will work in a structured but flexible remote setup, interacting with individuals and families across different communities. This is a client-facing opportunity that combines customer support, consultative communication, and long-term account engagement. The focus is on delivering clear, empathetic service while contributing to client satisfaction and retention over time.

Accountabilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through virtual interactions, ensuring consistent, high-quality customer engagement and support.
  • Conduct Zoom-based consultations to explain life, accident, and supplemental health products in a clear and client-focused manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, provide product guidance, and ensure clients understand their coverage options and benefits.
  • Manage client follow-ups, renewals, and ongoing account needs to support retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update client information in internal systems as required.
  • Apply strong communication and time management skills to handle multiple client interactions effectively in a remote environment.
  • Support clients in navigating policy options and escalating complex cases when necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients virtually.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using online communication tools such as Zoom.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and customer-focused personality with a consultative approach to service.
  • Ability to learn product information and explain it clearly to clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Leadership or team coordination experience is considered a plus.
