Responsibilities
- Maintain and evolve the brand's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and mediums. Develop and update brand guidelines as needed.
- Create engaging, user-friendly website designs that reflect the brand's identity and goals.
- Contribute to UX design efforts, ensuring that web and mobile designs are optimized for usability, navigation, and conversion.
- Organize and maintain a digital asset library, ensuring that all graphics are easily accessible and up to date.
- Keep abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating innovative design techniques and tools into creative projects.
- Effectively communicate design concepts and rationales to team members and stakeholders, and collaborate with other designers, content creators, and developers to ensure cohesive brand representation.
- Manage design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Create designs for product packaging and branded merchandise, aligning with brand standards and enhancing the product experience.
- Design graphics for online use, including website banners, email campaigns, social media posts, and digital advertisements, ensuring consistency with the brand's visual identity.
- Design visual content for out-of-home advertising platforms such as billboards, posters, and flyers, adapting the brand's messaging for high-impact public exposure.
