Accountabilities
- Design and execute enterprise transformation initiatives that accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with executives to prioritize multi-year strategic initiatives and ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Redesign end-to-end business processes using data-driven methodologies to eliminate silos and optimize workflows.
- Serve as a change leader, building trust and motivating teams to adopt new ways of working.
- Establish governance structures, KPIs, and value realization frameworks to track transformation outcomes.
- Mentor and coach leaders and teams to sustain continuous improvement and innovation.
- Analyze complex systems and financial levers to ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable impact.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership in clear, actionable terms.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or enterprise transformation.
- Proven success delivering $50M+ in measurable value through cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong experience in large-scale enterprise environments ($1B+ or $3B+ organizations), with global operations and legacy system complexities.
- Advanced analytical, strategic, and financial acumen, including ROI modeling and capital allocation.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence without authority, manage resistance, and foster collaboration.
- Demonstrated systems thinking capability and high emotional intelligence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- MBA preferred; prior management consulting or operational leadership in complex enterprises is a plus.
