VP Partner Manager

MyWave is seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented Vice President for Partner Management to lead and expand our global enterprise partner ecosystem. Reporting to the CRO, the VP of Partner Management will play a critical leadership role in driving strategic partnerships, accelerating revenue growth, and positioning MyWave as a category leader in Agentic Generative AI solutions.


This executive will be responsible for building, enabling, and monetizing relationships with large enterprise partners, systems integrators (SIs), and strategic alliances. The ideal candidate combines enterprise sales leadership, partner management expertise, and a passion for emerging AI technologies.


The role is highly strategic, customer-facing, and revenue-driven, with accountability for achieving mutually agreed growth KPIs and developing repeatable go-to-market solutions through the MyWave Innovation Hub.


Key Responsibilities


Strategic Partnership Leadership

  • Build, manage, and grow relationships with key enterprise partners and systems integrators.
  • Serve as the executive point of contact for strategic alliance relationships.
  • Collaborate with MyWave leadership to define and execute partner growth strategies and revenue objectives.
  • Drive partner enablement, activation, and long-term monetization initiatives.

Revenue Growth & Market Expansion

  • Achieve revenue and business growth targets through the expansion of the MyWave partner ecosystem.
  • Identify and secure new enterprise partners and customer opportunities.
  • Develop scalable go-to-market programs that generate repeatable revenue streams.
  • Coordinate sales, presales, and delivery collaboration between MyWave and strategic partners.

Innovation & AI Market Leadership

  • Evangelize MyWave’s Agentic Generative AI capabilities in the marketplace.
  • Help position MyWave as an industry leader in AI-powered business process innovation.
  • Work closely with partners to co-create innovative solutions leveraging the MyWave Innovation Hub.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to guide strategic direction.

Client & Partner Success

  • Ensure high levels of partner and customer satisfaction through strong communication and relationship management.
  • Develop strategic account plans that maximize long-term value creation.
  • Support joint customer engagements, executive presentations, demonstrations, and industry events.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships across partner organizations and customer leadership teams.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, product, engineering, and delivery teams.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-focused culture.
  • Mentor and support internal teams involved in partner engagement and enterprise growth initiatives.

Work Environment

This position is remote-based with regular collaboration across global teams, partners, and customers. Travel may be required for executive meetings, customer engagements, conferences, and partner events.
