About the Role:

This is a newly created regional leadership role responsible for building and leading a European commercial organisation. The position oversees the full product portfolio across the region, manages a multi-country sales team, and defines the go-to-market strategy. It requires close collaboration with global teams and adaptation to evolving market dynamics across commercial and defence sectors.

To be successful, you’ll need to have…

  • A hands-on leadership style, combining team management with direct responsibility for driving new business and developing existing strategic accounts
