Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate outputs based on empathy, emotional insight, clarity, and appropriateness.
- Identify weaknesses and areas for improvement in model reasoning.
- Produce improved rewrites aligned with structured evaluation standards.
- Contribute to strengthening safe and supportive AI behavior.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- Strong written communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to assess nuanced emotional tone and conversational quality.
- High attention to detail and adherence to structured guidelines.
- Ability to begin immediately following onboarding.
