Accountabilities

  • Design and execute creative assets for digital, print, and video platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
  • Develop web design assets, including landing pages, infographics, and email templates that optimize user experience and engagement
  • Create high-impact visual content for paid advertising campaigns and social media channels
  • Produce professional sales enablement materials, including presentation decks, reports, white papers, and conference collateral
  • Collaborate on video production projects, assisting with pre-production, storyboarding, editing, and custom motion graphics
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects, maintaining quality and meeting tight deadlines
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into clear, visually engaging solutions


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fast-paced startup or agency environments
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Strong understanding of design principles for web and print, including responsive design, typography, color theory, and accessibility standards
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio showcasing versatility across digital, print, and video/animation media
  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture
