🎨 ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer with a strong eye for storytelling, brand consistency, and motion.
You will create impactful visual assets across marketing, product, and sales, helping shape and elevate Acoru’s visual identity across all channels.
🧩 WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design high-quality visuals for web, social media, presentations, and campaigns
- Create motion graphics, animations, and video content
- Edit and produce video content for digital channels
- Develop layouts for reports, documents, and communication materials
- Manage and design assets within HubSpot CMS (landing pages, blogs, forms)
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams
- Maintain and evolve the brand identity system
- Translate complex cybersecurity concepts into clear visual narratives
- Manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience in Visual / Graphic / Motion Design
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong experience in motion graphics and animation (3D is a plus)
- Solid understanding of brand systems and visual consistency
- Experience with HubSpot CMS (webpages, emails, landing pages)
- Experience using Generative AI tools for visual creation
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva or similar tools
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
