We are recruiting a Virtual Office Coordinator to manage administrative workflows and support our distributed team's operational needs. This telecommute position combines traditional office management responsibilities with digital coordination across a remote workforce.
Position Duties:
Coordinate virtual office operations including digital workspace management, communication channel administration, remote meeting facilitation, onboarding logistics for new team members, IT support ticket coordination, vendor relationship management, supply procurement assistance, documentation standardization, policy communication, employee directory maintenance, internal newsletter creation, team event planning, workspace tool optimization, subscription management, knowledge base development, compliance tracking, report generation, feedback collection, and continuous process improvement.
You'll serve as the operational backbone ensuring our remote teams have resources and support needed for productivity.
Qualifications Profile:
Administrative or office management background, experience supporting remote or distributed teams preferred, strong organizational systems and attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, tech-savvy with quick
software adoption, problem-solving orientation, initiative in identifying operational gaps, diplomatic handling of interpersonal matters, reliable follow-through on commitments, and passion for creating positive work experiences. Prior exposure to HR or operations functions is beneficial.
