Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an organised Virtual Office Coordinator to support their remote operations and administrative tasks.
This is a part-time, entry-friendly role with training provided, ideal for candidates from admin, customer service, reception, or support backgrounds looking to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming emails, queries, and support requests
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and online bookings
Support teams with administrative and coordination tasks
Maintain digital records and documentation
Assist with internal communication and task tracking
Provide general virtual office support
Requirements
Experience in admin, customer service, or coordination roles preferred
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
