Our global client is seeking a Virtual HR Administrator to join their team - this is an ongoing contract position. This role is 8 hours per week and is ideal for an HR Administrator who supports multiple clients remotely.
Key responsibilities:
• Manage the People Team inbox and resolve first-line HR/policy queries
• Produce and update HR documentation (T&Cs, secondments, pay changes)
• Process colleague changes in Sage and maintain accurate employee files
• Support payroll by reporting starters, leavers, and changes on time
• Provide general admin support and assist with People Team projects
Key requirements:
• HR admin or People Team support experience
• Strong HR documentation and record-keeping skills
• Familiar with HR systems (Sage desirable)
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• Confident managing shared inboxes and first-line queries
• Remote working experience in an admin or HR role
This role is 8 hours per week, with hours likely to increase in the new year. This is a fully remote position, starting ASAP.
