- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
- Experience with Chief of Staff level duties and/or Project Management
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics-level duties
- Previous experience in a fast-paced remote work environment
