- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Excellent command of English and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail
- A wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+)
- Experience in handling Chief of Staff level duties or Project Management
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics-level tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
- Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
