We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Virtual Clerk Typist to provide remote administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately typing, transcribing, and managing various documents and records. This role requires excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Respond to email inquiries and communicate with team members or clients as needed.
- Follow instructions and guidelines provided for document formatting and data entry.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Meet deadlines consistently and manage time effectively to handle multiple tasks.
- Proven experience as a typist, transcriptionist, or administrative assistant preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM recommended).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
