About The Role

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Previous experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with project management software such as Asana, Trello, or similar tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment

- Conduct preliminary research on engineering topics, industry trends, and competitor analysis to support project development and business proposals
- Maintain and update databases, project management tools, and other digital platforms to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Organize and coordinate virtual meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items
