About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and an excellent communicator who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and independently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to emails and other digital communications
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and set reminders
  • Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries
  • Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
  • Assist with social media management and content scheduling
  • Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports
  • Manage customer service inquiries via chat, email, or calls
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing (if required)
  • Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and other team members
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and remote tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
