About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, organized, and an excellent communicator who can handle a variety of tasks efficiently and independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails and other digital communications
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and set reminders
- Conduct online research and compile reports or summaries
- Maintain and update databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets
- Assist with social media management and content scheduling
- Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports
- Manage customer service inquiries via chat, email, or calls
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks and invoice processing (if required)
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and other team members
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and remote tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
