We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support. The ideal candidate will excel in documentation, communication, and task management while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain strong organizational systems for tasks, files, and records.
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and basic correspondence.
Conduct online research as needed for projects and clients.
Organize client information and maintain updated records.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle email correspondence.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors for smooth workflow.
Check and verify customer payments; perform follow-ups for delayed payments.
Maintain filing systems and assist with payment scheduling.
Manage CRM entries, updates, and data accuracy.
Skills & Requirements
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Experience With CRM Tools (preferred)
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
