Position: Transcriptionist - AI trainer

Role Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio and video recordings into clear, accurate, and well-structured text
- Edit and proofread transcripts for grammar, punctuation, and contextual accuracy
- Label speakers and apply precise timestamps to ensure clarity
- Review and correct automated transcripts to improve accuracy
- Handle sensitive content securely and maintain confidentiality
- Deliver high-quality work within defined turnaround times
Requirements
- Native-level proficiency in English with strong grammar and language command
- Strong experience with transcription, editing, or annotation workflows
- Strong typing proficiency with high accuracy
- Strong active listening skills to capture nuance and speaker intent
- Experience using transcription tools or software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet deadlines
