We’re Hiring: Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve / Adobe Premiere Pro) | Remote
TopServ Digital is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in home service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, and more). We’re looking for a fast, detail-oriented Video Editor who can turn raw footage into high-performing content for social media and paid advertising.
This role is ideal for someone who understands speed, clean edits, and strong storytelling, without over-editing or unnecessary effects.
What You’ll Be Editing
- Social media ads (Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
- Short-form vertical content (Reels, Shorts)
- Brand and promotional videos
- Interview-style and testimonial content
Responsibilities
- Edit long-form and short-form video efficiently
- Cut ads, tighten pacing, remove dead space, and trim dialogue
- Create clean, engaging stories from raw footage
- Follow detailed edit notes, timestamps, and creative direction
- Maintain organized timelines and project files
- Deliver revisions quickly and reliably
- Work primarily in DaVinci Resolve or Adobe Premiere Pro
What We’re Looking For
- Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve
- Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Fast editor who prioritizes clarity and performance over heavy effects
- Strong storytelling and pacing instincts
- Experience editing ads, branded content, or social media videos
- Ability to follow instructions closely and meet deadlines
- Reliable communication and consistent turnaround times
Bonus (but not required)
- Experience editing for paid ads or performance marketing
- Understanding of vertical video best practices and platform specs
