About DropUp

At DropUp, we help businesses make noise and take up space—internally and externally. We combine bold creative with smart strategy to build unforgettable brands, high-performing teams, and streamlined operations. We’re full-service, but flexible—and we bring our full energy to every project, from logos to leadership training videos.

Now, we’re looking for a Videographer & Editor to help one of our key clients bring their brand to life through polished, professional video content. If you're a storyteller with an eye for clean visuals, clear messaging, and captivating pacing, keep reading.

The Role

You’ll be the creative lead behind the camera and in the editing suite—filming and producing video content for a corporate client. Projects include internal training videos, product explainers, leadership messages, and short-form promotional clips. You’ll work directly with DropUp’s team and the client to execute shoots on-location, manage post-production, and deliver final assets that are brand-aligned and ready to publish.

What You’ll Do

  • Capture high-quality video footage in various environments: client offices, events, interviews, training sessions, and more
  • Independently manage camera, lighting, and audio equipment on set
  • Edit footage into polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent software)
  • Apply brand guidelines, motion graphics, and sound design to enhance production value
  • Deliver videos in multiple formats optimized for web, social, and internal use
  • Collaborate with our creative and account teams to ensure alignment on tone, messaging, and timelines
  • Represent DropUp on-site with professionalism and confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in both filming and editing corporate or commercial video content
  • Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects a plus)
  • Strong eye for composition, lighting, and audio quality
  • Ability to adapt style and tone based on the client’s brand
  • Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders and working independently on-site
  • Bonus: Experience in creating short-form social content or adding motion graphics

The Vibe

You’re resourceful, professional, and quick on your feet. You know how to turn a talking head video into something visually compelling—and how to manage a shoot without drama. You love refining the story in the edit and thrive in collaborative environments where creativity and clarity go hand-in-hand.
