We’re growing our creative team and looking for a Video Editor who blends conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and production excellence. This contract-to-hire (or freelance) role is perfect for someone who can work closely with our design team to understand and execute our client’s video needs. You will be responsible for reviewing audio and video footage and using the latest AI / software to organize clips into a cohesive unit. Your duties include splitting or combining video clips, adding appropriate music, sound, and graphics. Must be able to adhere to brand guidelines, while creating an engaging and stunning video.

What You’ll Do
- Support video projects — editing short clips, creating motion graphics, and exploring AI-driven video tools.
- Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation
- Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of video to present to clients and receive approval before beginning to digitally alter video
- Improve video and sound quality using various video AI software
- Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project
- Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to client's specifications
- Designing and producing marketing assets including presentations, campaign visuals, digital ads, and social graphics.
- Partnering with writers, project managers, and creative leads to translate concepts into cohesive visual stories.
- Creating visually stunning PowerPoint presentations that elevate brand storytelling.
- Collaborating on brand development and creative campaigns that span digital, print, and video.
- Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting fast-turn deadlines with high attention to detail.
- 5+ years of video editing experience
- 5+ years of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and emerging AI-based creative tools with a degree in film editing, or related experience
- Experience with at least one of these AI tools: Flow/Veo 3, ElevenLabs, Suno, Midjourney, Nano Banana (inside Flow)
- Corporate branding / marketing and B2B experience (i.e. work that supports fortune 1000 company)
- Design experience (agency or in-house creative team preferred).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
- PowerPoint design skills and ability to create visually engaging presentation decks.
- Exceptional sense of layout, typography, color, and brand design.
- Ability to think conceptually and execute across different media formats.
