Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience in editing log footage, color grading, and sound mixing.
- Knowledge of export settings, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform-specific specifications.
- Experience creating motion graphics and titles in After Effects or Premiere.
- Proven experience managing a YouTube channel, including understanding platform analytics and optimization strategies.
- Ability to interpret YouTube analytics such as watch time, retention, click-through rate, and traffic sources.
- Familiarity with thumbnail strategy, titling, and content packaging for maximum engagement.
- Experience with AI tools for voiceover, music, or workflow automation is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback professionally.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.

- Create short-form clips optimized for social media performance, alongside longer documentary-style content.
- Perform color grading, sound mixing, and export files with platform-specific specifications.
- Develop motion graphics and titles that are clean, professional, and on-brand.
- Manage and grow the Favor International YouTube channel by implementing strategic content plans.
- Analyze channel analytics regularly to inform content decisions and optimize performance.
- Write compelling titles and descriptions, select effective thumbnails, and enhance discoverability.
- Stay updated with YouTube trends, editing styles, and platform algorithm changes to keep content current.
- Collaborate closely with social media and media teams to ensure content aligns with overall communication strategies.
- Organize projects and files meticulously, managing multiple deadlines efficiently.
