Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and/or CapCut
- Strong skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics
- Experience with color correction and audio editing
- Ability to create dynamic transitions and engaging hooks
- Excellent file management and delivery skills
- Fluent in English with strong remote communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong project management abilities and the ability to meet deadlines
- Understanding of social media platform requirements and performance marketing principles
- Develop and produce short-form video ads based on creative briefs and storyboards
- Edit content optimized for various social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and conversion
- Experiment with different hooks, transitions, and editing styles to maximize performance
- Enhance videos with motion graphics, color grading, and audio improvements
- Maintain organized project files and streamline workflow processes
- Collaborate effectively with remote team members across different time zones
