We are seeking a skilled Video Editor to join our team, either remotely or in-person at our Riverview, FL location. This role is central to our efforts to enhance communication through compelling video content. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, a keen eye for storytelling, and expertise in digital video performance. You will be responsible for editing and producing a diverse range of videos, including resource development clips, ministry field content, staff training videos, and promotional materials. Your work will play a vital role in shaping Favor’s visual voice across platforms, with a particular emphasis on YouTube channel management. You will collaborate closely with our social media, media, and leadership teams to ensure all content aligns with our broader communication strategy. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with strong editing, color grading, and sound mixing skills
- Experience editing raw footage and producing polished videos for various platforms
- Knowledge of export settings, codecs, aspect ratios, and platform-specific specifications
- Ability to create motion graphics and titles using After Effects or Premiere
- Experience managing and growing a YouTube channel, including analytics interpretation and strategy implementation
- Understanding of thumbnail design, titling, and packaging to optimize viewer engagement
- Familiarity with AI tools for voiceover, music, or workflow automation is a plus
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and openness to feedback

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to content creation and improvement
- Edit and produce a consistent volume of video content across Favor’s digital platforms and internal use
- Transform raw footage into engaging, polished videos that effectively communicate Favor’s mission
- Edit resource development videos, ministry field content, staff training materials, and promotional clips
- Create short-form clips optimized for social media performance and longer documentary-style videos
- Color grade, mix sound, and export files adhering to platform specifications
- Develop motion graphics and titles that are clean, professional, and on-brand
- Manage and grow the Favor International YouTube channel, including strategy, analytics, and content packaging
- Implement data-driven decisions to enhance content reach and engagement
- Collaborate with social media, media, and leadership teams to align video content with organizational goals
- Stay updated on platform trends, editing styles, and best practices to continually improve content quality
- Organize project files meticulously to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery
- Participate in team meetings and weekly prayer times as part of the Favor community
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $55,000 to $75,000
