Position: Film and Video Editor

Role Responsibilities
- Design questions and tasks based on real world film and video editing experience.
- Translate professional editing workflows and creative decision making into structured research inputs.
- Contribute domain specific insights to support AI training and evaluation.
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency across all submitted work.
- Work independently in a fully asynchronous, research driven project environment.
Requirements
- Strong full time experience as a Film and Video Editor.
- Strong understanding of real world video production and editing workflows.
- Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks during a short term project.
