Role Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end video editing projects from raw footage to final export using editing tools.
- Demonstrate real editing workflows including asset management, sequencing, and pacing.
- Document and articulate editing decisions and creative problem-solving approaches.
- Collaborate with teams to capture workflows and improve AI training processes.
- Optimize editing workflows to ensure efficiency and high production quality.
- Troubleshoot technical and creative challenges while documenting solutions.
- Participate in feedback sessions to refine editing standards and best practices.
- Strong experience in video editing using tools such as OpenShot or Shotcut.
- Proven ability to complete full editing projects from start to finish.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating storytelling and editing capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain workflows and decisions.
- Strong organizational skills for managing digital assets and editing timelines.
- High attention to detail with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
