We're looking for a creative and technically skilled Video Editor & AI Content Creator to join our team on a remote, contract basis. You'll produce high-quality video content — from short-form clips and reels to AI-generated videos, realistic digital avatars, and synthetic voice content — optimized for distribution across YouTube, Instagram, and streaming platforms like Netflix. What You'll Do

• Edit and produce short-form clips, reels, and long-form video content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Create AI-generated avatars and digital humans using face-swap, face-animation, and video synthesis tools
• Generate and clone voices using ElevenLabs for AI voiceovers, dubbing, and multilingual narration
• Produce lip-sync video content matching AI-generated audio to on-screen talent or avatars
• Create AI-generated video using text-to-video, image-to-video, and video-to-video workflows
• Design motion graphics, captions, transitions, and visual effects in Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and/or CapCut
• Adapt content for each platform's specs, aspect ratios, and best practices
• Collaborate on content strategy, ideation, and storyboarding
• Stay current with AI video tools, voice cloning, and platform trends

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and/or DaVinci Resolve (must be comfortable in at least one)
• Hands-on experience with CapCut for quick-turnaround edits and social-first content
• Experience with AI avatar and digital human creation tools (e.g. HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, or similar)
• Proficiency with ElevenLabs for voice cloning, voice generation, and audio post-production
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools such as Sora, Veo, Seedance, or similar
• Understanding of platform-specific content formats for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Netflix-style production
• C1+ level English (written and spoken)
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be based in Colombia

Nice to Have

• Portfolio showcasing AI avatar content, synthetic media, or AI-enhanced videos
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and Instagram growth strategies

Compensation & Details

• Rate: $10–15 USD per hour (based on experience)
