- Optimize video editing workflows and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks in post-production processes
- Document best practices and contribute to the creation of AI training datasets
- Communicate findings and progress effectively via written and verbal reports to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain an organized project structure for seamless integration with AI-powered video editing initiatives
- Expert proficiency in Cinelerra and Linux-based editing environments
- Extensive knowledge of advanced video editing, compositing, and motion tracking techniques
- Proven experience handling high-resolution media and complex rendering pipelines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely within a collaborative, cross-functional team
- Comfort with documenting processes and contributing to technical datasets for AI model training
