Summit Water provides innovative water solutions for a changing world.  A dynamic and growing company owned by private equity investors, we design and manufacture commercial water treatment systems and distribute a broad range of water treatment equipment and pumps.  As we continue to grow, we are looking to strengthen our management team with a hands-on VP Sales.


About the Role

Summit Water is seeking a Vice President, Sales to lead revenue growth across our distribution, engineered systems, and services divisions.

This role owns company-wide sales performance and is responsible for scaling revenue through a mix of distribution sales and long-cycle, specification-driven project sales.


What You’ll Lead

  • Distribution Sales
  • Residential and light commercial pumps and water treatment products, supported by territorial reps and an inside sales team.
  • Municipal & Spec-Driven Projects
  • Tender-based municipal pump projects and engineered water reuse systems (Net Zero Water™), working with consulting engineers and selling to contractors.
  • Service Growth
  • Build and scale service contracts, maintenance programs, and aftermarket revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own company-wide revenue strategy, forecasting, and performance
  • Grow sales geographically across Canada and the U.S.
  • Develop and manage multiple sales models (distribution, project, manufactured systems, service)
  • Coach and develop inside and outside sales teams
  • Build channel strategies (wholesale, manufacturer reps, partners)
  • Direct marketing strategy and execution in support of sales objectives


Ideal Background

  • Senior sales leadership experience in pumps, water, industrial distribution, or engineered systems
  • Experience with spec-driven and tender-based sales
  • Comfortable managing long sales cycles alongside transactional revenue
  • Proven team leadership and channel development experience
