Job Overview
The Vice President, Robotics Learning will serve as a senior executive leader responsible for defining and executing ScreenHER’s global robotics learning and AI strategy.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, this role will lead all aspects of robotics intelligence development—including machine learning frameworks, autonomous system training, decentralized learning architectures, and real-world deployment strategies—ensuring alignment with the company’s blockchain-native technology model and long-term innovation roadmap.
The VP of Robotics Learning will play a critical role in advancing ScreenHER’s technological leadership, enabling scalable intelligent systems, and supporting product innovation across robotics, AI, and decentralized infrastructure.

Robotics Learning Strategy & AI Leadership
Lead and oversee ScreenHER’s global robotics learning and AI strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate vision and technology roadmap.
Define the architecture and direction of machine learning models, robotic intelligence systems, and adaptive learning frameworks.
Establish ScreenHER’s leadership in decentralized robotics intelligence and blockchain-integrated AI systems.
Drive innovation in autonomous learning, reinforcement learning, and real-time decision-making systems.
Machine Learning & Autonomous Systems Development
Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for robotics perception, control, and optimization.
Oversee development of autonomous systems capable of learning from real-world and simulated environments.
Integrate robotics learning models with blockchain-based data validation and coordination layers.
Advance capabilities in computer vision, sensor fusion, and adaptive control systems.
Decentralized AI & Blockchain Integration

Experience with blockchain, decentralized systems, or distributed computing is highly preferred.
