Accountabilities
- Define and execute the Professional Services strategy aligned with SaaS subscription growth, prioritizing standardization, configurability, and repeatable implementation methods.
- Own end-to-end delivery of implementations, integrations, migrations, and upgrades while establishing scalable delivery models, playbooks, and automation frameworks.
- Manage the Professional Services P&L, ensuring strong gross margins, utilization, and cost control, while partnering with Sales to align on deal strategy.
- Ensure services accelerate customer onboarding, platform adoption, and value realization, supporting retention and expansion opportunities.
- Act as executive sponsor for strategic accounts and complex implementations, providing guidance and oversight.
- Lead, develop, and scale the Professional Services team, establishing performance frameworks, career paths, and leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to improve delivery efficiency, platform usability, and go-to-market alignment.
- 10–15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services or Consulting within SaaS telecom or adjacent software environments.
- Proven ability to scale Professional Services in subscription-based businesses with strong SaaS economics understanding.
- Deep expertise in telecom SaaS platforms such as OSS/BSS, CPaaS, billing, provisioning, or network automation.
- Demonstrated P&L ownership with strong margin management and operational rigor.
- Experience balancing standardization with enterprise customer-specific needs in complex deployments.
- Executive-level customer presence with experience managing enterprise and carrier-grade accounts.
- Strong strategic thinking, program management, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Preferred: experience in high-growth SaaS environments, systems integration, partner-led delivery models, and advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent).
