Reporting to the COO, The Senior Vice President (SVP) of Alliances and Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for leading and scaling the company's global alliance strategy. This executive leader will drive the development, management, and expansion of strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSls), technology partners, and other key ecosystem players. In addition, the SVP will be responsible for recruiting, building, and leadinga high-performing alliances team to support the company's growth objectives.


Key Responsibi\ities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the global alliancesand partnership's function, setting the overall vision and strategy.Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for building and enhancingrelationships with key partners to drive business growth.
  • Team Building and Recruitment: Recruit, build, and mentor a world-class alliances team. Develop a scalable team structure that supports the company's strategic objectives and ensures the effective management of key partnerships.
  • Partnership Development and I’•lanagement: Identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact partnerships with GSls, technology firms, and other strategic partners. Ensure that these partnerships are nurtured and managed effectively to maximize value for all parties involved.
  • Ecosystem Growth and Innovation: Develop strategies to expand the company's presence in the market throughinnovative ecosystem partnerships. Drive initiatives that enhance market coverage, innovation, and overall growththrough these partnerships.
  • Partner Program Leadership: Oversee the design, management, and evolution of partner programs. Ensure these programs are relevant, effective, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. Regularly assess and optimize the performance of these programs.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPls) to measure the success of partnerships. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve partnership outcomes.
  • Trainingand Enablement: Lead the development oftraining and enablement programs for partners. Ensure that partners are equipped with the necessary resources, knowledge, and skills to effectively promote,sell, and supportthe company's solutions.
  • Thought Leadership and Industry Presence: Represent the company at industry events, conferences,and partner meetings. Act as a thought leader and ambassador, enhancing the company's visibility and reputation within the partner ecosystem.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market developments,and competitor strategies. Use this intelligence to inform partnership strategies and ensure the company remains competitive and forward-thinking.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, product, and commercial teams to alignpartnership efforts with overallbusiness objectives. Foster cross-functional collaboration to maximize the impact of alliance initiatives.


About You:

  • Proven Experience: Extensive experience (15+ years) in alliance and partnership management, particularly with GSls and technology partners. A demonstrated track record of driving significant business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT services industry, including experience with major GSls such as Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, PwC, etc., is highly desirable.
  • Results-Driven: Strong focus on achieving measurable results and driving business outcomes through partnerships.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and creatively about how to leverage partnerships for business growth. A deep understanding of the technology and services ecosystem.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diversestakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Dynamic and Adaptable: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformative environment. Ability to adapt to changing business needs and drive initiatives in an evolving landscape.
