Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Sales. The individual will oversee and manage sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include developing and leading sales operations, managing sales teams, driving business development initiatives, and fostering partnerships. The VP of Sales will play a critical role in achieving organizational sales objectives and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

- Experience in Sales Operations and leading revenue-driven initiatives
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities
- Experience in real estate or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
