The Role

Own and scale our Central Europe business. You’ll lead a high-performing GTM team (5 today, growing to 8), driving new logo acquisition, expansion, and regional strategy.

What You’ll Do

  • Own revenue for Central Europe (pipeline → close → expansion)
  • Lead, hire, and develop a team across Sales, SEs, and GTM functions
  • Build and execute regional go-to-market strategy
  • Drive enterprise deals and key customer relationships
  • Partner with Marketing, Channel, and Product to accelerate growth
  • Establish scalable processes and forecasting discipline

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven regional leadership experience in enterprise security sales
  • Track record of building and scaling GTM teams
  • Strong presence with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders
  • Data-driven, hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute
  • Experience in Central Europe markets (DACH strongly preferred)
