VP, Central Europe (GTM Lead)

The Role
Own and scale our Central Europe business. You’ll lead a high-performing GTM team (5 today, growing to 8), driving new logo acquisition, expansion, and regional strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Own revenue for Central Europe (pipeline → close → expansion)
- Lead, hire, and develop a team across Sales, SEs, and GTM functions
- Build and execute regional go-to-market strategy
- Drive enterprise deals and key customer relationships
- Partner with Marketing, Channel, and Product to accelerate growth
- Establish scalable processes and forecasting discipline
What We’re Looking For
- Proven regional leadership experience in enterprise security sales
- Track record of building and scaling GTM teams
- Strong presence with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders
- Data-driven, hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute
- Experience in Central Europe markets (DACH strongly preferred)
