The Vice President of Operations (Senior Living) will lead and oversee the operational strategy and performance of multiple senior living communities across the organization. This role ensures exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and operational excellence while driving growth and innovation in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage day-to-day operations across multiple senior living communities
- Implement best practices for quality care, safety, and service standards
- Oversee budgets, P&L, and financial performance for assigned regions
- Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Directors and community leadership teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in senior living
- Exceptional financial acumen and strategic planning skills.
- Experience having oversight of multiple senior living communities across the country
